Furthermore, I find bundles of my neighbor's mail at my address continuously... And then, people waiting in line up to 45 minutes, even so employees behind counters available but not attending to customers!!!

I recently moved into the area and the cluster mailbox key was never given to me by the last owner. The post office staff set up a lock replacement, held all my mail. And they were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Might be new staff. or more training. No idea. But whatever they are doing, please keep doing that.

I paid to have my package delivered to my home, but instead it was marked as undeliverable because it “wouldn’t fit in the mailbox.” It was a small box of automotive tools, well under 50 pounds, and not oversized. A boxed package isn’t supposed to fit in a standard mailbox , that’s why carriers deliver packages to your door. I’ve lived at this apartment for a while, and every other carrier has delivered my packages directly to my door without any issues. This is the first time I’ve had a carrier refuse to do so. I shouldn’t have to drive to the post office to pick up a package that I already paid to have delivered. It feels like the carrier simply didn’t want to complete the delivery. If USPS accepts packages for home delivery, they should actually deliver them.

Finally got to the front desk only for them to tell us they don’t do international today (saturday), “wait until Monday” as they said. At least inform the very long line every now and then that they aren’t doing international. People in line started saying “only because they are closing soon, they don’t want to process it”.
