The short lady with the glasses and locks in her hair speaks rudely and even when I complained she said she not going no where so... This was on 9/4/26 @ 4:55 pm. She seems very confident that she will not be terminated for her rude behavior. She does not need to be employed there nor be a front facing post office/ customer service representative. I'm pretty positive she is this way with many customers who didn't take the time to make a review. USPS need to make a better hiring selection.

When a patron has a pick up be polite and do your job. Especially if the pick up is scheduled. The mail carriers that work Glenlea Park are so nasty. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but it wasn't me that gave you that energy. Customer service 101 leave your problems at the door. Next time I'll be making a phone to the branch manager!
