- HPHuiwen PangJul 1, 20261.0I visited this location at 11:43 AM on 7/1/2026. The experience was unpleasant. I was there to help a friend set up mail forwarding using a notarized Power of Attorney (POA) as this office is one of the locations provided by USPS for such service. Instead of professionally explaining why she declined the service and what else were needed, the lady on duty talked loudly and unprofessionally insinuated in front of the entire line that my legal documents might be fraudulent as it was print from a digital copy. After a couple of minutes, she abruptly cut me off, making it sound like I was wasting her time, and told me she needed to move to the next customer. While I understand postal workers are busy, public-facing staff should be trained to handle legal inquiries with basic customer service and respect.
