Scheduled pick up set online getting ignored and confirming picked up!! 2 years of hearing we don't have a permanent person! This location needs HELP!

She is very informative and super efficient but what really gets me is how incredibly kind and patient she is at the same time! I got everything I needed done, along with everyone else during the lunch rush, in a timely manner and a warm smile. I know that’s not a requirement for a post office but it sure doesn’t suck when you find it.
