- BMBig MoneyAug 3, 20261.0Absolutely the worst place to get a passport....They had us waiting outside in the heat for an hour. It's Finally got in and , there's only one person working. It took them another 2 hours just to get to me and I had an early appointment and I was 30 mins early to my appointment. The black guy that works there has a nasty attitude and he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my 2 year old. They need to fire him. Do not go here!!!!!!

Plan to spend 60+ minutes at this location, if you opt to mail here.
- MHMonica HighJul 23, 20261.0The hours on Google and posted in the lobby state that it opens at 8:30 am. I am currently in the lobby at 8:45 am and no one is here to help. Myself and another customer rang the bell and nothing. The annoying thing is that we can hear the workers in the back.

My Priority Mail package was marked “insufficient address” and returned to the sender. However, an employee at the front desk looked into the carrier’s route and told me the carrier never even completed my street’s route that day. If my street was never serviced, how was my address determined to be insufficient? To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, she was dismissive, said she was leaving for the day, took my phone number, and essentially brushed me off instead of addressing my concerns. There was no effort to investigate or resolve the issue. This was especially frustrating because the sender has successfully mailed multiple packages to this exact address before. I expect better communication, accountability, and customer service from USPS. I hope management reviews what happened so other customers don’t have the same experience.
