  While the workers that I’ve encountered are always pleasant, it’s usually only one. Long lines/extended waiting periods. Also I’ve frequent this location often and it’s supposed to open at 8:30am.. never does.

  This post office horrible. I never know when I’m going to receive my mail or not. The tracking will say delivered and I never receive my package. Everytime I go talk to a supervisor it’s alway give me ur name and number and receive a call or my packages. It’s awful.

  The posted hours for this post office are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. We arrived right at 8:30 AM, but the shutter was not open. After waiting 10 minutes, I rang the bell and received no response. Five minutes later, a staff member informed us that someone would be coming, but no one ever showed up. The shutter remained closed, and we continued waiting just to drop off a package. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Customers should be able to rely on the posted operating hours. The lack of communication and service was extremely disappointing.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The service was terrible. I had an international package from Spain , and everything on the address was correct except that my apartment number was missing. The package arrived at this post office at 12:42 PM, and by 3:23 PM — less than three hours later — they had already marked it as “Return to Sender” because of the incomplete address. What makes this even more frustrating is that my phone number was available. A simple phone call would have taken a few seconds and I could have immediately provided the apartment number. Instead, no one contacted me at all. I came in person immediately and the black woman with a larger build who was working at the front desk refused to give me my package for no clear reason. She told me she didn’t know where it was, spoke to me very rudely, and she talking very slowly and came across as arrogant, like she thought she was above the customer. I eventually got my package from another employee who works behind the blue door. She found it and gave it to me within a minute. She also told me that the woman at the front desk had intentionally put my package off to the side for no apparent reason. I do not know this woman at all, and this was literally my first time at this location. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. She was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.🤮
