  Go to another post office. Rude staff, misrepresenting rules, etc. Sharon was pretty upset to be at work it seems.

  Unfortunately the staff (supervisors) are not available and the one job is to be available for customers that have their mail on hold for pick up.

  Very, very slow. Just needed labels printed. The automated machine is always down to print labels. They only have two people working. It’s a terrible location. I come multiple times, different days and the machine is always down and they’re always so busy. Maybe they could work more efficiently and have a less stressful day if they’d fix the machine.

  Two months ago, I dropped off a registered envelope containing a trading card worth $200 and it still shows that’s awaiting pre-shipment. I filed a claim and never heard anything back. I’m under the assumption that someone kept it for themselves as it was being sent to TCG player and people know there’s a lot of value surrounding TCG. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time it’s happened to me. This location should be closed permanently. There’s definitely some shady business practices going on here.

  I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences at this post office. The customer service is often unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere feels tense and unwelcoming. One of the biggest issues is the package drop-off bin. It’s frequently clogged, making it impossible to drop off prepaid, labeled packages. Customers who should be able to quickly drop off their packages are instead forced to stand in long lines with everyone else just to hand over a package. To make matters more frustrating, the rules seem to change depending on the day. Sometimes packages can be left on the counter, and other times there are signs saying not to. The inconsistent policies create unnecessary confusion and delays. The numerous warning signs posted throughout the lobby give the impression that the office is focused more on restrictions than customer service. This location could greatly benefit from more consistent procedures, better maintenance of the drop-off bin, and a friendlier, more customer-focused approach. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because the community deserves better.
