  If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worse post office I have ever encountered in my 56 years. I get informed delivery and usually get the same mail the same day except when it’s time for me to get my adoption assistance checks or a new credit card than the mail never comes. Me and my neighbors have not received a single piece of mail since Friday. Something needs to be done. My son received a lot of cards with money for graduation and they showed up in informed delivery. We just never received them. When I go to the post office I get told “we are behind. Now step aside” I was supposed to get them in June and. Still have never received them. Now I’m supposed to get checks now I’m not receiving any mail. This happens almost every month. Something needs to be done. This place is rude and you can’t even call them. They don’t pick up the phone. When I go in, I am treated like dirt. This is starting to look like mail is stolen and this might be a police matter

  I don’t know what it is but this location seems like it’s falling apart, over 2 months now and the self service machine is not working for QR code , the ladies are nice always pleasant but everything else lacks

  Luz was not a great customer service worker at all. I waited in line for almost 15 minutes. Once it was finally my turn she told me i needed to step aside to take a label off the box and she was going to the next customer. As if she couldn’t allow me 5-6 seconds to tear the label off. Horrible service

  Clerk refused to give me a receipt showing I had dropped the package off because I printed the label out last night and and affixed it to the box so I wasn’t trying to tape things up at the post office and hold up the line. Now I have no proof I shipped out my packages. This is not my normal go-to post office and I’ve never had a problem getting a receipt showing when I drop off packages before. And of course the self-serve kiosk was down so I couldn’t just scan the pre-paid label and get my receipt that way.

  Brought a package to get sent out paid for shipping & left my package there only to have it be returned due to no postage that I paid for while in the store. Will never go here again I’d rather pay extra at ups for peace of mind. Joelle was no help at the window even though I literally paid will not try to find the transaction for a refund. Actually ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
