They are very evasive and never want to take accountability or give a direct answer as to what happened to said mail or packages. I asked to speak to management and it is always the same dishonest banter and never a solution given. I have lived in this area for almost 4 years and this is by far the worst post office that I have ever encountered. I wish you could give lower than a zero between the theft and poor customer service I am over it. Need new management and staff!!!
- NCNick CardwellJun 16, 20261.0USPS has to be the most incompetent organization around these days. Delivered my package to the wrong address. Filed an insurance claim for lost package and it was denied saying it was delivered. Tried to call customer service but it is an endless loop of AI "assistants" who can't help, can't get you to a real person, and eventually just hang up on you. I will avoid using USPS for any future deliveries whenever I have the option. I hope they go bankrupt. They deserve it with such crappy service.

Having to wait until 9 am on Saturday and not having access at all on Sunday is not customer friendly. Other locations leave the doors unlocked so you can mail packages, buy stamps, and check PO boxes at almost any time.
