It is not as close to my house as some others but I always drive the extra miles because the staff is incredibly kind and caring. I am a senior citizen and not good with technology, and they always help me “walk through” whatever I need to do. Just a couple of days ago I needed to send some beloved medals to my aunt after attending my Dad’s military funeral. I was worried about them perhaps getting lost and the kind young man who was helping me not only walked me through the options, but he actually called me in the evening to let me know that he had personally tracked the box and that it had been delivered safely. I’ve never had any service like that anywhere, and the kindness will always stay in my heart. Enough said!
