It was a very thoughtful gesture and just the kind of customer service that elevates your store. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name but this happened on 5/19/26 at approximately noon. Excellent experience!

I live in Chicago and purchased some replacement larger outdoor furniture items over the phone from an outlet in NC without much option regarding getting them to me — these were the last two chairs in the company so I had to figure something out. After speaking with members of the UPS team in this location, they had my name and number and were ready to receive the items from a Task Rabbit helper and take on the next step. They called once everything was with them, helped me arrange packaging, and had everything shipped out to me in just a few hours. In what was a complete headache of an ordeal to locate and purchase these chairs after a rabbit had chewed through the originals, the UPS team at this store were the rainbow at the end of a very annoying storm. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!
