I had to return a ridiculously large package. As I struggled toward the store, the associate appeared at just the right moment to open the door for me. It was a very thoughtful gesture and just the kind of customer service that elevates your store. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name but this happened on 5/19/26 at approximately noon. Excellent experience!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store. I had a complicated printing request and Kea went above and beyond to make sure that request was fulfilled to my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this store for any and all of my printing needs! Thanks again Kea and team!

The manager and staff at this UPS went above and beyond. I live in Chicago and purchased some replacement larger outdoor furniture items over the phone from an outlet in NC without much option regarding getting them to me — these were the last two chairs in the company so I had to figure something out. After speaking with members of the UPS team in this location, they had my name and number and were ready to receive the items from a Task Rabbit helper and take on the next step. They called once everything was with them, helped me arrange packaging, and had everything shipped out to me in just a few hours. In what was a complete headache of an ordeal to locate and purchase these chairs after a rabbit had chewed through the originals, the UPS team at this store were the rainbow at the end of a very annoying storm. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!
