  Yesterday, the 17th, I visited the business, and a newly installed printer was causing issues for the staff member, not the employee's fault. She remained courteous throughout our ordeal, even apologizing, even though there was no reason to, given the technical difficulties. I had to grab a few items nearby and asked if I could come back within the hour after giving her time to work through the problem, and she politely agreed. Later, I returned, and the issue was fixed, and I met another staff member who was also courteous. I believe one was a supervisor and the other an employee. I left with what I originally came for and just want to express praise for this business and how they treated not only me but also other members of the community I saw come in, treating them just as well. Thank you.

  Today I went to The UPS store at Arboretum to pick up my mail. I had made a request to hold my mail until I got there this week, and until my forwarding address was active, because I had decided that I wasn't going to renew my box. I was told by the owner that it was returned to sender, and that he would not hold my mail for me since I did not renew my box. The sad thing about it is, I was a long time customer, I would have thought that I would have received some courtesy customer service, but to my surprise I didn't, and I was expecting some very important, possibly time sensitive, mail. I feel like some courtesy should have been extended to me since I was a long time customer, and I used his store for other services.

  I dropped off an Amazon return with the manager. Went back one week later when Amazon still showed I had not dropped off the item. I was told by Manager that the item had not yet been picked up by the truck. I went back one week later and spoke with manager again. She stated she could see that I had dropped off the item on 11/22/24 but was unable to print anything to that effect. Amazon still shows the item has not been dropped off. Lesson learned - make sure you hold on to your drop off receipts because there is something weird going on at this store. Item dropped off but still showing not dropped off - very strange.

  They have issues reading thumb drives to print. Would not try it on another computer and it works fine on several computers at home. Wasted trip and time visiting this store. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of better experiences previously. Make sure you email yourself a copy if you visit this store.
