Notary Service was very overpriced. They charged $60. He notarized 2 pages but charged 20 for each witness signature on the page as well. Won't be back to this location for notary service.

The gentleman who has long hair has a very terrible attitude. He has no customer service skill whatsoever. He doesn’t greet customers nor he has any patience. He acts as though you are burdening him. I spoke to the manager and told him about my experience with this employee. I will never use the service again at this location. This is the second encounter I had with this employee.

Terrible service. The staff is incredibly condescending, they treat every basic request as if they’re doing you a massive favor for free. Unprofessional and unwelcoming.

The associates (& Lorenzo) are absolutely wonderful and I am here 2-3 times/week for over 2 years. Usually I am only there to check our company's box and they always greet me (maybe extra quickly if they have a line out the door but they are always professional and friendly). I have shipped things, had items printed, brought in items to return, purchased stamps, everything on the list and they never disappoint. I even call from time to time asking if something came in and they always happily check for me. There have been a few different associates but always the same level of service. Lorenzo is there so often I think either they work him too hard or maybe he sleeps on a cot in the back! I only wish I could drop off outgoing USPS mail here but not a big deal. Thank you UPS Store for being my "office away from office"!

I used to have a box there. It was very hit or miss with customer service. When I first opened it and registered my business with the box number they gave me, they had given me the wrong box number and wrong key. I had to change all of my documents and change the address with the postal service. I didn't even get an apology, but I didn't have a choice but to stay at that point. Later, they would tell me my packages weren't there but after making calls and checking with vendors, I'd find proof of delivery and later get my packages-most of the time but a few were never found. Thankfully I was refunded or items were replaced by the companies. Sometimes the employees were boldly rude and sometimes they were super helpful with one even assisting me with a big package out to my car just out of kindness. Recently a company switched my current address to my old one (the box number I had at the store) for a delivery. The courier is not UPS or USPS so there was nothing I could do to get it back although I tried. I called the UPS store and asked if I could pick it up. I was immediately told nothing was there for me. Then I was told it would've been given back to the courier to be returned to the company. I explained the courier wasn't the standard companies that are used and asked how that would be handled. After pleading with the guy and explaining there were pictures of the delivery, he put me on hold for 30 minutes then said they wouldn't have accepted anything for me because I no longer have a box there and since I didn't have a name of who accepted it they didn't have anything there for me. Eventually he just said "ok" and wouldn't answer or acknowledge what I was saying or asking. He did say that the people take pictures in front of the store and they haven't delivered anything. After the call, I looked in the vendor app and saw a time and date of delivery and after looking at all of the pictures, not only did it show the address of the store suite, it shows the courier with the door open and the package ON THE COUNTER. I called back and it took multiple calls before anyone would pick up. The same guy answered and suddenly saw that my package was in a hold for 7 days box. He told me he was assigning a pick up fee to it and I'd have to pay $10 to get it. I said ok and asked for the hours of the store (I knew I couldn't make it in time today because I live 45 mins away now and with the hold times and them not picking up for 3 rounds of calling my plan is to go first thing in the morning). He told me the hours and I said ok. Before I could say anything else, he said something to the effect of the store isn't a hub for deliveries and they are a business and that's not how they do business. I told him I understood that and I didn't do it on purpose the company just changed the default address from my actual current address because I used my box address often when I had it. As I tried to say I'll be there in the morning and get his name for a reference, he cut me off and said something else about the way they do business and me having to pay to get the package. I explained I have a home for deliveries now so I didn't purposely have it sent there and that I was going to pay the fee and I didn't complain about having to pay it. He raised his voice and told me he didn't care if I had a home, I didn't need to say that and that I was being disrespectful. I tried to tell him I'm not being disrespectful because he has something I need, he repeated that I was disrespectful and hung up. This makes me wonder what they did with the packages that may have gotten caught in the change of address maze when I first left this store. I know some must have been sent there from USPS and I never got the packages, and never got a notification that they were returned to the sender 🤔
