  They normally have really great and helpful staff but I am not able to to give them a 5 star review as I had one particular service provider today who told me he is going to accept my package this time but he is “not going to take this nonsense of customers in the future” obviously referring to me in particular as I had packed my return package in a bag rather than a carton/box. I do understand things can get frustrating if people do not follow instructions and you get instructions from the top that are different, but he did not explain to me what was wrong with my package until his very friendly colleague explained it further and said my Amazon return needs to be packed in a rigid box. This was after his colleague had excepted the parcel and he then went on and told me that my return might be refused by Amazon. There is really no need to be so discourteous with anyone instead of using basic communication to explain the issue and give enough details for a customer to understand the issue instead of just stating “it needs to be packed”. Instead he afterwards also added that he might get in trouble - then use your words to explain it and just be a nice person.
