- KOKelly Ball (Onepriscilla.org)Sep 24, 20261.0Very poor customer service! Messed up the smallest print job in the world and refused to print the copies without me paying an additional three dollars really really waste of time and horrible service. I have overpaid far too much at this place. Do not return anything here do not purchase anything here they do not want your business clearly.

- JCJane ChiavelliSep 3, 20265.0I’ve been going to this UPS for years and they are not only efficient (even if it’s busy) but each and one of them is so kind. I would go out of my way to go to this specific UPS in Charlotte!
- CCCaroAug 29, 20265.0Catherine was so great! She helped us immediately and made it a really smooth process even with a line out the door!
