  I always have a great experience here. No matter how busy they are, the staff remains kind, patient, and gives great customer service. I will pay the extra $2 any day to come here instead of usps.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The store was exceptionally clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant visit. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They answered my questions and made my return process quick and easy from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a hassle-free experience. I will definitely use this location again for my shipping and return needs.

  This used to be my favorite UPS store. Since the last manager left, I just haven't been as impressed with their customer service. I know they are just following protocol and they're each franchises, but I still find it ridiculous to have to pay for printing a ups label when I'm shipping there. I often feel like no additional effort is being exerted to help me beyond the minimal. I still greatly appreciate the fact that they keep next door shipping supplies in stock instead of requiring me to buy shipping supplies when I have next day labels. But it's just not the friendly store I used to visit where people knew me.

  Judging from the recent complaints, my experience makes sense now. I just moved to the state and this location was the closest for amazon returns. I was met with the rudest person serving me, who kept rushing me to find the QR code for return. I have a disability dealing with short term memory issues and at every turn this man kept interrupting my process of finding each QR code stating this is Elizabeth. Not sure what he meant by that and continuously asked if I was "doing transactions," on my phone to which I replied-NO. I am simply looking for the QR code so you can scan and process the return. I kept asking him to give me a second. I told him he was being very rude to which he replied in a loud voice-"Thank you!" I'm curious to know if this location is aware of Americans with Disabilities Act and what the penalties are for discrimination while operating as a business. If dealing with the public is not for you, you ought to find another line of business to operate in and a little humility.
