But the biggest complaint I have is the fact that they nearly charge you to breathe in their store! Literally EVERYTHING tacks on an extra fee, even things that are communicated as a convenience (printing a prepaid label). $20+ for an average size box and to tape it (not a tape roll) seems predatory. Bring your own post office, shipping warehouse, and packing supplies if you decide to visit this store.
