  Greedy, greedy, greedy owner. I was here today to return 7 packages, 6 of which had QR codes and the last one needed a label printed (which I did not realize beforehand). The guy told me it would be almost $3 to print the one page shipping label! I told him I go to the Kings Drive UPS all the time and they have never charged me. He said each UPS store is independently owned so it is this owner’ policy to charge this much. I understand it’s a business and you have to make money, but $3 to print one piece of paper for an existing customer who is already there spending money on other packages is highway robbery! That’s like a 3000% markup!!! There is such a thing as just good ol customer service. Apparently this owner doesn’t realize that. So I’ll take my 7 packages over to the other UPS store on Kings Drive and give them my business from now on. Never coming back here again.

  I go to this UPS store at least 3-4 times a month, usually with 2-3 young kids in tow, and they are always patient, friendly, and helpful!

  Super impressed by Kay Harris, the employee who served me today. Have not seen a customer service employee this impressive (capable/competent, multitasker, prompt, friendly, energetic, focused) since the pre-COVID era. Kay is a role model and a keeper. On top of all of this, one immediately recognizes and approves that this employee is a natural leader. Good luck to this store and its employees. Well done.
