- JAJoey AbatéMay 4, 20261.0Ever since Jimmy left, this place has been beyond unreliable for printing services. I’ve arrived hours after, sometimes the next day, to pick up my order and it’s still incomplete. This store literally needs to be reminded that they have print jobs in the queue. And whatever orders they do fulfill on time are usually paired with incorrect size and card stock. This store is a mess. FedEx Print has been steadily gaining my business, they’re cheaper and friendlier too. Worth going out of the way for.

I rushed over to make it at least 20 minutes before close to allow enough time to drop off and be out of there within two minutes. I consistently have issues with this location with employees being lazy. Not just closing up early, but customer service in general. The manager/owner has already had to apologize for similar situations but this time I figured I would leave the message here.
