    I walked in to return 4 items last week that had 1 QR code and I had them in the packaging and was told the QR said no box or label needed. The employee told me no packaging was needed and I was mocked while she disposed of it. I go back in today the lady says why would you not bring packaging if its 3 items. She offers to sell me packaging and I get upset because its a contradiction from last week at the same location. The second employee tries to help and keeps asking me to read a paper with instructions. I can read if I am showing you the instructions I got why are we going back and forth. The issue is not that I didn’t have the original packaging because I did I just drove back to my house to get it. I drove to a different UPS to then be told I did not need the packaging. So she didn’t even bother to check she just assumed 3 items meant I needed the original package. My time was wasted during peak traffic times. I work in customer service and would never be disrespectful like she did. If you hate your job they are hiring at other places that you could probably also go be rude to people at.

    Inez at store 8175 is fantastic. We always ship with this UPS store. So I went in one day and needed international passport photos. I thought I would get turned away but Inez spent close to 30 mins with me reformatting the camera and picture. And getting my package international sent. It was amazing. She was amazing!! Just kept solving problems every step and made it all work for me. Inez is the best!!

    Inez was very kind and helpful. I was not prepared to ship my stuff to my grandson, and she helped me with a box and getting it properly addressed and sent off. I really appreciated her patience. I will definitely be back
