  Went into this UPS Store in Charlotte and had a really good experience. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They helped me get everything shipped out quickly without making it stressful or complicated. You can tell they actually care about customers and want to help. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend.

  This is HANDS DOWN the best UPS store I’ve ever used. Friendliest staff and they go ABOVE AND BEYOND! Highly recommend anyone go to this store for their shipping needs! Special shout out to Jiggy for the extra service!

  Jiggy is a lifesaver! I was visiting for business and had a package delayed until after my scheduled meetings. Jiggy stepped in, handled the tracking hurdles, and got it delivered to the office before my deadline. If you need someone professional and efficient who truly cares about customer service, this is the place to go.

  I’ve never left a positive review for a shipping company before, and this time I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review. Jiggy’s customer service goes above and beyond, both in person and afterward. He helped us with our production shipments, and when an issue occurred due to bad luck (a lost shipment), he stayed on top of it, remained personally available, and ultimately helped secure a refund. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a corporate shipping company, and it’s clear that Jiggy genuinely cares about his customers and his work. Thank you so much and please don’t change!
