- DWDontrez Wallace3 days ago1.0This place is horrible…. The lady lied, saying my information was wrong, also gave my package to a stranger and said it was my wife. I’m not even married; she could’ve just admitted that she messed up. I got in contact with the ups customer service, and they verified everything was correct! How can you say someone is my wife because of a last name when I put my first and last name saying I’m picking up the package?

I arrive at 2:22pm and I am told the notary person has left for the day and they typically leave at 2pm. It’s frustrating because I left work early and a simple phone call to let me know would have been sufficient. If they leave at 2pm then why is there available appointments at 2:30pm
