  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store. They created beautiful, high-quality bookmarks for my book, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The print quality was crisp, the colors were vibrant, and everything came out even better than I expected. The staff was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. They made sure my design looked perfect before printing and delivered everything in a timely manner. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing printing or custom products. I will definitely be coming back for future projects!

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I got my documents printed, completed my notary service, and had passport photos taken for my passport renewal—all in one visit. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the prints and photos was excellent. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this location for printing, notary services, and passport photos!

  Excellent Service and Professional Staff! I own a small business, and over the years I have visited many UPS Store locations. My experience at this UPS Store on J.W. Clay has been outstanding. I am 100% satisfied with the service I have received every time I visit. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and provides fast and excellent service. The owner is also very professional, polite, and always makes customers feel welcomed. I was planning to write this review and, while reading previous customer reviews, I noticed a review about an incident that happened yesterday. I was actually present in the store when that situation occurred. From what I witnessed, the staff members were doing their best to assist the customer and complete the transaction correctly. The new associate was trying to process the request, and another employee stepped in to help and explain the process. Unfortunately, the customer became frustrated and raised his voice toward the employees. I believe the staff handled the situation professionally and respectfully. Every customer deserves good service, but respect must go both ways. Employees whether male or female deserve to be treated with courtesy and dignity. I appreciate the professionalism, patience, and dedication shown by the entire team at this UPS Store. I highly recommend this location for their excellent customer service and professional staff. Keep up the great work!
