The first time came, and he literally yelled at me in a aggressive tone, telling me to "HURRY UP" just because I was taking two seconds to turn up my phone brightness for the QR code. After I raised a customer service concern previously, he clearly tried to retaliate against me during my last visit. When no other customers were around, he arbitrarily claimed my pre-packaged box could not be shipped. However, as soon as other customers walked in, he completely flipped his story and accepted it—proving he was just deliberately making things difficult for me. NEVER return to this store If you want certain hassle-free service and staff who actually follow UPS protocols
