- APAllan PilotteMar 5, 20265.0When I arrived to the printing center it was obvious that the store was short staffed. Regardless, Lachrisha did an amazing job managing the situation. She communicated and apologized to all of us waiting in line. She also was able to multitask, to take care of multiple customers at a time. Great job taking navigating a way through a bad situation. This trip may have taken a little extra time, but I left happy. PS- sorry if I spelled your name wrong
- HHHCLDec 16, 20252.0Well. They asked for a review. So here goes: Ordered on December 11th for "Same day" delivery. Heard nothing. Order didn't update on website either. Finally called on December 13th. After waiting 15 minutes for an associate to pick up, she had to go check on it. Then said "Oh he's gonna start working on it right now." So on the 14th, finally get notification that the order is done. Go over there. Print is incorrect (confirmed to be not my fault). Associate was apologetic. Offered to immediately reprint. Came back next day to pick up. THIS associate couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me, didn't bother to let me look over the project to ensure accuracy. Nothing. At least the print was done correctly this time (by the other associate). The only reason there's a 2 rating here is because the print was finally done correctly in the end. Which really.... should have been an assumed result from the start.
