When I got home, I realized that there were some issues with the order. When I came back the next day, I explained the issues and that they may have been my fault. The store manager (Sean) went out of his way to fix them. The print department supervisor (Jayda? Maybe? I didn't quite catch her name) was brand new but friendly and quick to help and smile. I felt very attended to and left with beautiful reprints free of charge, and I know it took a lot of effort and personal attention. I really appreciated the kindness and service I received.

Discrimination is alive and well at this location and no one, not even management, tries to right the wrong doings of the staff against poc. I’d suggest just going to Office Depot.
