I’m giving this Staples location 2 stars because the customer service during my visit was noticeably inconsistent and disappointing. I came in with two simple tasks: returning merchandise I had purchased from Staples a couple of weeks ago and dropping off an Amazon return. I interacted with three different employees during the process. With the first two employees, there was no greeting, very little acknowledgment, and none of the basic customer-service courtesies I would expect when walking into a retail business. The interactions felt indifferent and unprofessional. My third interaction was completely different. The young man who handled my Amazon return greeted me, professionally processed the return, thanked me, and wished me a nice day. It was simple, courteous, and exactly what good customer service should look like. That contrast is what prompted this review. Basic courtesy matters. A simple “hello,” acknowledgment of the customer, and “thank you” can make an enormous difference in someone’s experience. I don’t post reviews simply to complain. I post them because businesses need feedback in order to recognize problems and improve. I hope management at this location takes a closer look at customer-service expectations and training so that every customer receives a consistently professional and welcoming experience.

My son and I visited this location to have some marketing materials printed. The customer service was lacking to the point that we decided to leave and pay MORE at Fedex up the street. The manager with the brown roots and blonde hair ignored us totally allowing us to stand there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. FedEx went above and beyond I’ll pay more for good customer service.
