- MBMICHAEL BLAINOct 5, 20265.0Great customer service
- WHWhere Laughs HappenSep 30, 20261.0I unfortunately have had two bad experiences here back to back where I’ve come two days in a row and was denied services saying it was be made the next day. This is literally the first time this has EVER happened to me and I come here often to print my labels for my business. Now all of a sudden the employee who was here can’t complete it same day. This is ridiculous I came back the next day only to get the same response when I wasn’t told that before. Now I’ve wasted money coming here two days. I don’t even feel comfortable depending on yall any more just gonna get ink for my home printers and print them myself. No more middle made lose a customer for life. The other lady that normally help me mother & daughter have never given me this type of excuse and always get it done for me within an hour with no issues at all !!! This is so disappointing!
- SNSignature Nail Salon Charlotte NCSep 17, 20265.0I’ve visited Staples twice recently. The first time, I came in to print VIP cards for my shop, and the second time, I printed a poster to display a new product in my salon. Both experiences were great! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient, and they did an excellent job helping me with my printing needs. The quality of the prints turned out beautiful, and I’m very happy with the results. I really appreciate the great service and quality, and I’ll definitely be coming back to Staples regularly for my business printing needs. Highly recommend!
- EMElizabeth ManessSep 15, 20265.0We printed our wedding invitations here and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure they were done right. We initially experienced some issues with the file/border alignment. Even though they were busy she helped us with a smile.
