Excellent service by Roni for TSA PreCheck. I was a walk in and Roni guided me through the entire process and answered questions I had. She was able to squeeze me in but without antagonizing anyone else in the line. I was impressed by watching her multitask as she helped several of us at the same time and thus minimizing the wait time for all.
