He left after making the delivery without acknowledging or leaving any information. I tried contacting RXO office to file a claim, but no one has gotten back to me after 3 weeks. They gave me a name of Frances Kinard as the claims manager, but she has since been nonexistent. They say that they don't even have any records of the order or know who the driver is. Called them again today to follow up and they don't even have any records of me talking to anyone. After spending another hour on the phone and asking to speak to another supervisor, they told that person was busy and would call me back in 30 minutes, that was over 3 hrs ago.
