But when it's at midnight and again at 4:30am, when the load hasn't been released by the shipper and doesn't deliver until tomorrow is unacceptable! He emailed me to call , then I call him and then he said he cannot do the rate. That is fine of course. After that we emailed him 3 more times for a different load and placed an offer so he email to call him again to tell us that he cannot do the rate. So gain we emailed him and then he was rude " i told you to call me 3 times, don't email me again" So just FYI he will play around with you. Good luck
