  I was employed with Robert Half for over ten years, and throughout that time my overall experience was very positive. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable, attentive, and highly skilled in matching candidates with appropriate placements. Recently, while on assignment, the client determined that we were not a good fit. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this decision by Robert Half, and I learned of it on my own, which was both disappointing and hurtful. I believe this situation was not handled in a professional manner. My response to the lack of communication ultimately led Robert Half to end our working relationship, despite our many years of successful collaboration. In my view, this decision felt personal rather than business-related. For this reason, I would not feel comfortable recommending the Robert Half North Carolina Administrative Division to my friends or family.

  It has been completely pleasant experience with RH! I was taken care of and in constant communication with Lynda (she is fantastic). After working with them I landed two job offers while completing a temp assignment. I love my current position and it is all thanks to RH with their care, diligence, and thoroughness during my job search. This was 'white glove' service in my opinion and I highly recommend partnering with them!
