  Simon was on time, he called first before arriving. He walked in my home, very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous willing to work. He went into my bathroom took action, explained everything what he was going to do. Simon did what he came to do, even cleaning up behind his work. I can tell Simon love his job and what he does, he's very good at what he does. Your company should be honored to have someone like Simon working for your company. Simon was a pleasure to have in my home. Job well done Simone, good luck in your profession!!

  I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of this company and their affiliated business, Statewide Remodeling which is a sister company of Renuity. Despite repeated requests to remove my number from their call list, I continue to receive daily, unwanted calls. This is not just aggressive marketing, it feels like outright harassment. Being contacted over and over again after clearly asking to be removed is completely unacceptable. Their sales approach is very pushy and intrusive. If this is how they treat someone who is not even a customer, I would seriously question how they handle actual clients. I strongly advise others to avoid sharing your contact information with this company or any affiliated businesses. Once they have your details, it seems very difficult to get them to stop contacting you. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish.

  Terrible experience with Jacksonville office. Unprofessional and rude while they canceled our appointment 1 hour before hand.

  Horribly rude staff. When I called to resolve an issue between the company I work for and Renuity regarding Mobile Device Management locks, my colleague and I were accused of stealing their property, told that the documentation we had showing ownership was fake, and their staff threatened to call the police, then hung up on me. Do not do business with them if you want to work with polite staff, because they will assume the worst, act unprofessionally, and insult you.

  I highly recommend this company for a custom closet. It is high quality and an improved design over its competitors. The moment the designer walks in and gets started, you will be impressed.
