  The entire experience, from sales presentation to installation was first-rate and professional. I am very satisfied with the appearance and performance of my new shower and believe I made the right decision to go with Reunity over the two other companies I had considered.

  Unfortunately, what I received does not match the quality shown in your advertisements. The closets are mostly basic shelves and hanging rods and look inexpensive. The two installers were very professional, but I’m still waiting for my showcase doors. Based on the overall quality, I cannot recommend your company. I would have gotten better merchandise from Lowe’s or IKEA.

  Our experience with Renuity has been very frustrating and disappointing. From the start it was a very high pressure sales by Luke and his supervisor that join him half way into the presentation. Nevertheless we bought or cabinet refacing after they sold their company, product and warranty so highly. The installation was done the day as promised. The head installer Cesar seem nice but the only thing he did was complain about everything in my kitchen that gave him a problem. When we told the manager Randy, they agreed to redo what I didn't liked. The repairman Francisco came in to fix the original issues. He had to change the crown molding, re worked the floor on the sink cabinet and order two drawers. I informed him about an issue with the sliders of the drawers scratching the cabinet doors. An issue that I noticed when first was installed and I told Cesar and what he told me was, when damage call the company they will replace, they have fifteen years of warranty. They order the first door and the holes for the brackets were wrong the next two been the wrong color. Three doors later I still have the original scratch door and been informed by Randy. That is not a warranty issues in other words it is my problem. So the joke it is on me. I bought a high price lemon, all scratched up less than six month of purchased. Buyer beware do not fall for what they try to sell you.

  I have never done business with a company like this. Over $34,000 in impact and storm doors in this house and I've tried for over a month to have three additional door keys to be ordered and sent to me. They had no problem collecting $ for the keys to be made and sent to me. It is now 25 days and still waiting for a delivery method and date. They should have a customer advocate who can research and get answers. I don't know if the keys have been made, are being delivered or what. Ive called everyday for the past 5 days with the same (non) result. Be careful when you deal with these people. They sell, sell and sell.

  Renuity by Kohler (not actually a Kohler partner, just authorized to sell Kohler items) is a bundled, non-itemized, high-pressure-sale model that sets an inflated anchor "list price" then applies large "promotional" and "additional" discounts that make the final number feel like a win (without ever letting you verify what labor or materials actually cost). The proposal we got -- just for replacing an older shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower -- was patterned exactly that way: $24,344 sticker —> $1,875 off —> $5,000 off —> $17,469 "today's price." For comparison, I uploaded the proposal to Claude and asked it to run an audit using highest-end Kohler products and pricing from independent Kohler LuxStone dealers, and got a materials cost of around $6.5K. For labor (11 LF tile demo to studs, 3 LF new framed wall, 80 sq ft greenboard, plus installing the base/walls/door/faucet/niche/ceiling panel; 1-3 day job for a two-person crew), Claude used high-skill $150/hr per installer rates and got total labor costs of $3,600. All-in costs to deliver this project: $10K-$12K. (Maybe that's why Mark from Renuity in Maryland eventually hung up on me?) Another point of contrast: We did a *full* Kohler bathroom remodel in a much larger bathroom last year while working with Kohler directly (top-line Kohler products for a walk-in shower, cantilevered vanity with two sinks from their "artists" line, gorgeous tile across the floor and 2 walls, a 2-week job for a crew of 3 recommended by Kohler itself) and it was $42K -- apparently Renuity thinks putting in a basic walk-in shower is worth 58% of that. Overall terrible for the consumer, and damaging to the Kohler brand (which they lean on heavily for this, taking the first 15 mins of your time to make you sit through a presentation on the Kohler family and headquarters).
