  Consistently terrible. The only parcel delivery company I have had major issues with. Repeatedly won't deliver packages and makes false claims about incorrect address or being undeliverable. It makes no sense that USPS, UPS, and Amazon Delivery services have zero issues, but FedEx cannot get it together to do the most basic part of their job.

  I have never gotten a hang of sending packages I don't do it often enough but it really doesn't matter because every time I go into this location the people there are super nice and they always are very helpful and get me out the door I promise you in under 10 minutes last time in under 5. So I would have to say customer service here is fantastic the parking is convenient the place is clean and everything's very easily navigable plus you got these spectacular during experts to help you if you have any questions whatsoever.

  They don’t print out shipping labels for returns unless there a QR code to scan . You’ll need to print and bring shipping labels
