  Never go here for your printing needs. We had gone to get a poster printed. We were told that it’s self service. When we attempted to print the poster, the machine did not work. When we attempted to get the attention of someone in fedex they did not acknowledge us despite us trying to get their attention multiple times. After a lot of struggle, a lady came over and said there is nothing she could do to help us because she had no clue what was wrong. We ended up spending an hour and a half there with 0 result. Staff was surly and unhelpful.

  Stephanie at FedEx was amazing. Very hardworking, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to help and made everything easy and smooth. Great customer service — thank you Stephanie!

  Earlier this week, I brought in a sloppy, unprofessional, unusable coil bound book that was previously done at Staples. I brought the book in with the purpose to see if FedEx Print could redo it in a professional manner. Right off the bat, Maritza recognized what the issue was and started working with me to come up with a solution. She used her resources and experience to breakdown the previously bound book, trimmed the edges to make sure everything was even and flush; she took the time to test punch holes to make sure everything would line up and ended up presenting back to me a professional bound book that I would be proud to use everyday. If you have print needs, I recommend NOT going to STAPLES, but seeing Maritza and her team at FedEx Ballantyne. First Image is the final product from FedEx, the second & third image is what was brought in originally.

  People worked here forgot what this service is created for, instead of helping people solve problem and ship items, they intentionally create hurdles to refuse service. The excuse is ridiculous when we tried to return a small necklace packaged in a small used box from Macy's used to ship a small bottle of perfume. They refused to ship the necklace saying they don't like the half peeled label from the old box as it's "hazardous" and we cannot even remove the old half label to meet their requirement but have to go back. Come on, people, this is the place to help the community and law abiding people, not a place for you to talk down to people and forgot what you are here for. Really unprofessional and arrogant. No wonder this place has lower rating all the time.
