- MGM Graham4 days ago2.0I visited this location to drop off a prepaid return and was disappointed by the customer service from the white male employee working behind the counter. When I walked in, he had his back turned while pulling paper from a machine. I stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged, even with a simple “I’ll be right with you.” When I asked whether my package could leave that day since a FedEx driver was still inside, he bluntly replied, “It’ll go out tomorrow,” without any explanation. The interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Better communication and basic courtesy would have made a significant difference.

- HZHeather ZickoSep 13, 20265.0Had an excellent experience with Aaron today. He helped me problem-solve a shipping/receiving issue. I would have made a very costly mistake without his guidance. He went above and beyond. Thanks, Aaron!
