  I had a great experience at DHL when sending a package overseas. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable—he took the time to clearly explain what I could and couldn’t send, along with the reasons behind it. He made sure everything in my package met the requirements so it wouldn’t get sent back or cause any issues. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks to him, the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  Akeina was so wonderful to work with. I had some issues with shipping a packaging to Vietnam, and she was willing to get the phone with me every step of the way. I really appreciate her patience and kindness throughout the entire process. She made me feel relieved like she was looking out for me and had my back.

  You pay for the package to be delivered to your house then they make you come to pickup from their office.
