  TJ was incredible. I stopped in and he was so helpful. He told me I had to talk to I think was a business development manager but that he was gone for the day (it was right after lunch). TJ gave me the card for this person "R" to email after I had made my decision. I emailed him twice in one month asking him for help and never once did he respond. Guess they don't need the business.

  I had a great experience getting two 36" x 48" posters printed in color on foamboard printed for our corporate sales event. I called AlphaGraphics and connected with Rich who walked me through how to submit an order. Super easy process. I submitted my request, attaching my designs to the request, and Rich responded within a couple of hours confirming receipt and letting me know when to expect my order to be ready. Three days later I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup. I paid my invoice online and picked up my order, which was excellently wrapped and labeled. The quality was 10/10 and interacting with Rich and the gentleman who I met during pick up (I did not get his name) was very quick, easy, and pleasant. I look forward to doing business with them again!

  Definitely BAD job, don’t waste time with this company, what made me hire the services of aplhagraphics was the structure of the company, but don’t delude yourself like me. They delivered me a totally different product from what I requested, 1 week late and they still charged me a lot but what was agreed on the day and with a horrible impression, they gave the excuse that their employee had gone on vacation and that he did not agree on the details with me. I’m very frustrated, because the product I made with them was to be delivered to my company’s customers, and now I’m going to have to deliver a horrible and expensive product.
