  Definitely BAD job, don’t waste time with this company, what made me hire the services of aplhagraphics was the structure of the company, but don’t delude yourself like me. They delivered me a totally different product from what I requested, 1 week late and they still charged me a lot but what was agreed on the day and with a horrible impression, they gave the excuse that their employee had gone on vacation and that he did not agree on the details with me. I’m very frustrated, because the product I made with them was to be delivered to my company’s customers, and now I’m going to have to deliver a horrible and expensive product.

  I had a great experience working with AlphaGraphics South Charlotte on updating my Pelican’s SnoBalls trailer wrap and coordinating additional required signage during my corporate training trip. I was on a tight timeline — arriving Sunday and leaving Thursday — and needed the trailer wrap updated from the prior owner’s information to my new contact details. Rich and his team were responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they helped ensure everything aligned with brand standards before production. The trailer wrap looks fantastic — clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. It was ready within my travel window, which made transporting everything back seamless. I also ordered required promotional clings and signage through them, and the process was straightforward. As a new franchise owner juggling a lot of moving pieces, I really appreciated their flexibility and efficiency.
