- CSClerisy SolutionsSep 21, 20262.0They don’t vet the tow companies. They contracted with Garr Towing in Atlanta GA to tow my vehicle but the company is non responsive and towed my vehicle to an abandoned lot. The vehicle is now reported stolen but their agency refuses to help me because I’m a secondary party to the business account holder’s policy.
- MPMatthew PhillipsSep 1, 20255.0Sorry NC Farm Bureau, but it’s not me, it’s you. You’ve been as exciting as watching paint dry on a barn. Then Allstate walked in with that Georgia Bulldog bark commercial and had me laughing so hard I almost spilled my sweet tea. Consider this my official breakup letter — I’m packing up my policy and moving in with Allstate. Don’t call, don’t text… I'll be insured AND entertained now. Whoever wrote that commercial for Allstate needs a major raise. Love it !
- MMMichael MarburgerAug 20, 20241.0Allstate charges too much for insurance. They have these commercials saying “Add Drivewose to save you money” but it ain’t saved me a damn thing and my premiums keep going up when I have no tickets and no accidents. These “good hands” are costing me a fortune.
