    This is not about the driver he was very helpful and courteous. We ordered a massage chair and the company said it was white glove install so when the chair arrived that is what we thought. The driver was by himself but said he would un box it and bring it inside so my wife said great. Well it was to heavy for him so he gave us a number for his boss "Mark" He said Mark would schedule two guys to come back and install the chair so I called Mark and he was rude from the get go and rambled extensively about how they were not the install guys, I said we thought they were but instead of him saying sorry it was a misunderstanding that we had to call the company we bought the chair from for the set up He went into a big rant on how we caused his driver to miss a more important stop for a "printer" delivery and how "his drivers couldn't even put a round peg in a square hole let alone assemble a chair" We didn't know they were not the set up guys all he had to do was explain that but instead I got a 4 minute rant about how they only do threshold delivery and how dumb his drivers are and oh yea he said "the driver better not bring our trash back on his truck or the driver will be taking it to the landfill in his car" This Guy Mark was a real piece of work...

    They are operating in the 21st century, with horrendous delivery staff who are oblivious to customer service. Despite purchasing the product 30 days ago, they are still unable to consistently adhere to their promised delivery time windows (3 appointments missed), often arriving significantly late or missing scheduled slots altogether.

    Absolutely horrendous experience. We purchased two love seats in the warehouse and we're slated for a Thursday delivery from 1-4. Once 4 came and went we called to learn our delivery had been changed without our knowledge. They told us we confirmed and had approved when we had never been contacted. We waited the next day for Damon to mark our walls up, break our stairs trim and damage our window sill. He told us if we didn't want that to happen we should move the couches ourselves. He also couldn't tell us why our couch is dirty and covered in spots. We don't have resolution from the company as Pottery Barn blames the logistic company and the logistics company blames battery barn. Victor Muniz was the rep from the logistics company.

    Literally the worse company i've ever dealt with for deliveries. I ordered something 2 weeks ago and never got a call to schedule the delivery. I tried to do it through the link to track shipment, every delivery dat/time was rejected with no notification. The system shows they sent an email or confirmed delivery but no one ever reached out. I try to call in and its an automated system, you cant get through to a real person. Ive done chats and they tell me to call in or that someone will call me same day, which never happened. Still waiting to get my package that was over 2k dollars and still no response from AIT.
