Literally go to any other post office to save yourself a frustrating experience. They close every day at 2:00 for a “lunch break” that lasts 45 minutes even though they are only open from 9:00-4:00 four days a week, which I have never seen at any other post office. The service is terrible, and it seems like the last thing they want to do is help you. I have never had an experience like this at any other post office.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this USPS location. The lady that works in the morning is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. She has a bad attitude and makes people feel unwelcome when they come in for help. Customer service should be professional and friendly, but unfortunately that was not my experience at all. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Terrible service there. The staff didn’t know how to serve the customers and was impatient.

Lunch time was already over, but the doors were still locked and the office wasn’t operating. Business hours are a basic promise. If you can’t follow your posted hours, what are customers supposed to do while waiting outside? One star.

I visited this USPS location this morning to mail a package. I am writing this to document a problem with the service I received at the counter. 1. Tone and behavior: The clerk’s communication was forceful and intimidating, with repeated directive gestures. When I made a small mistake in the process, the response was not guidance or clarification. Instead, it felt like I was being scolded for not knowing the procedure. 2. Inconsistent treatment: Immediately after my transaction, a middle-aged White male customer was helped by the same clerk. The clerk’s tone and manner changed noticeably. The interaction became friendly and explanation-based. Same counter, same time, same employee. 3. Impact: I left feeling unnecessarily pressured. In a public service setting, customers should receive basic respect and consistent service standards. USPS is a public service used by everyone. When the level of courtesy appears to change depending on who the customer is, that is a serious concern. This location needs management review, staff coaching, and clear customer service standards.
