- HHhannahJun 18, 20261.0Literally go to any other post office to save yourself a frustrating experience. They close every day at 2:00 for a “lunch break” that lasts 45 minutes even though they are only open from 9:00-4:00 four days a week, which I have never seen at any other post office. The service is terrible, and it seems like the last thing they want to do is help you. I have never had an experience like this at any other post office.

She has a bad attitude and makes people feel unwelcome when they come in for help. Customer service should be professional and friendly, but unfortunately that was not my experience at all. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve to be treated with respect.
