- SSSaila Sanderson2 days ago1.0Dropped off 4 self service packages already labeled and ready to ship yesterday at 4:30pm and they still haven’t even scanned them in. Looks like I’m gonna have to go back up there and get my packages back just to go drop them off at the Durham post office who actually does their job. I should’ve read the reviews of this crap excuse for a post office before I dropped them off.

- VHVicki HouckJul 31, 20261.0The postal worker at this location denied me the right to mail a box due to there being an advertisement on it. Reusing boxes should be promoted, not discouraged. She was rude and dismissive. Reusing boxes is allowed. She is being “overly picky” just to be unpleasant. I drove straight to another post office location and mailed it with no problem. I am wondering why this recurring problem continues to happen. I should have checked reviews before I wasted my time. Go somewhere else for a pleasant experience.

This was around noon, I just needed to drop off a package that already had the postage. It was my first time there. I went there because I’d had an appt earlier that was nearby.
