I had the worst experience at this post office yesterday. 1. We stood in line for a long time, and when we finally got to the counter, the employee told us we couldn’t use a box with a battery sticker on it (it was an Amazon box). My dad and I got back out of line and removed the battery sticker. 2. We waited in line again, and when we got back to the counter, the employee then told us we couldn’t have any stickers on the box. She should have told us that the first time instead of only mentioning the battery sticker. 3. We got out of line again and had to buy a $4 box, even though we didn’t want the extra expense. When we asked if we could use some tape, we were told it would cost another $4. My dad was about ready to leave when a very kind man nearby offered to let us use his tape for free. 4. We waited in line for a third time and were finally helped by a different employee. 5. My dad said that when the survey on the computer asked how our experience was, the employee selected that we had a “wonderful experience.” That was not true. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. The communication was poor, and the employee’s attitude came across as rude and dismissive. I understand that the post office may be understaffed, but customers—especially those on a budget—deserve to be treated with respect and given clear information the first time.

While I was in line, there was one employee working at the front who had an horrible attitude. She barked out instructions to someone who didn't speak English well and this customer asked a polite question for clarity and was yelled at "Hey you're the one with the attitude I'm just trying to help you" for absolutely no reason. This employee proceeded to yell (rudely & right in customers faces) to the back for another employee to come help her up front multiple times until someone came out complaining that she had already clocked out and huffing and puffing. This other employee then YELLED at this other customer, an elderly woman, who had been waiting a long time, again for no good reason. Telling her "I WON'T TOLERATE THIS DISRESPECT". She tried to have me come and check out since I was next in line before the customer in front of me was even done. I walked out. Not worth it to interact with such insane employees who scream at people for asking clarification questions. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from an employee, and for it to be so incredibly unwarranted was absurd. If you hate your job that much, leave. And try treating people with basic human decency. Never coming back to this location again.

Every visit I've had to this post office has been incredibly negative. The staff is very rude and do not know how to properly perform standard post office tasks like setting up a P.O. Box or forwarding mail. I ordered a P.O. Box on the USPS website, received my form and proceeded to go to the USPS to show them my IDs and get my keys. None of the staff at the post office on Saturday knew how to set up the box. When I showed them that I had already paid and just needed to have the box activated. One of the workers took my form and led me to a box at the front of the post office where she took someone else's mail out and told me that if I find anyone else's mail to just put it back in the slot. She then handed me the keys without telling me my exact p.o. box address, which I had to ask for. I am between addresses and had to have mail forwarded to the new P.O. Box and came with the form ready and was told just put it in the mail slot. The following week I returned because I had questions about how long mail forwarding would take to start. The young lady at the front was very annoyed with me for asking questions and I expressed concern that my P.O. Box wasn't set up properly. She told me that if she had been there she would have done it right and that it can take up to two weeks for the mail forwarding to start up but they should have told be that. I told her no one had. She was very rude and dismissive. Fast forward to the end of the month USPS is refunding me my P.O. Box money for failure to confirm it and pick up my keys yet I have keys to a P.O. Box. So as I suspected the box was not set up properly on my first visit. I return to the post office a third time to try to explain the situation to a third individual who looks right through me as I am talking looks in the computer and tells me my box is can cancelled. I already knew this because of the email I received from USPS. She then proceeds to ask, "What do I want her to do about it." Finally I just ask that my mail be held at the post office and I return the keys. In short this location is incompetent and very rude and disrespectful to customers especially if you come on Saturdays. I work Monday to Friday so this is the only time I can handle my mail issues. I have moved two different states and I have never had as many issues moving my mail as I have had here in North Carolina. I am truly disappointed with the service here.

Terrible employees. I came in for a passport and made an appointment and stood by the sign. And the lady let someone go past the sign and cut me in line. I had an appointment for 12 PM and despite that it didn’t matter. Terrible service and extremely disorganized. If we didn’t need to wait in line several feet away why did you put the sign there? And if anyone can just waltz in then why do we need an appointment?

This place isn’t organized at all. I had to drop off a package and I had the label with me but I had to stick it to my package. I thought I could use their tape and do it but they told me that they didn’t have any tape and they couldn’t help me. I am just surprised that a packaging center doesn’t have any tape and on top of that the people I spoke to at this place didn’t seem to care at all. Not sure why they have to be so rude.
