I also paid extra to have the order completed quickly that same day. I never received a text that evening, which was frustrating on its own. Then the next morning, I had my husband pick up the order for me. He gave them my name and asked for my order, but they only gave him half of it. When I got home and needed everything immediately, I realized the business cards were missing, so he had to make a second trip back to the store. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was the quality of the resumes. Although the paper itself was nice, the printing was terrible. The text was faint and difficult to read, as though the printer ink was running out. They looked so unprofessional that I ended up using my home printer instead, even though that was not what I had paid for. Between the lack of notification, the incomplete pickup, and the poor print quality, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I did not even try to get my money back because I was so frustrated, but I will not be returning for future printing services.
