  Today each of the staff members on duty worked hard to help me with a difficult order. They were professional and kind. It was extremely busy each of the times I had to visit and they offered excellent customer service each time. As a teacher, I appreciated their amazing customer service and willingness to help me in a stressful situation more than they will ever know. Thank you!

  Somehow a three person line is slow to move. Also heard workers whispering how they absolutely hate doing returns a day after the self checkout kiosk. Workers always seem to hate doing a simple task at their job.

  Before arriving I said “I bet i’ll be treated poorly because I have never done a package drop off with ups” Turned out to be simple and I can do it myself but before learning that I walk 6ft inside and am rudely yelled at to go to the back of some imaginary line, I move back as the blonde middle aged woman talks behind my back to her co worker as if I can’t HEAR her… HELLO?! I couldn’t believe it. Keep in mind still no WELCOME, HELLO, any introduction, turns out im right next to the self drop off station so I could just do it myself. I recognized the blonde woman from lowes, turns out she’s still rude

  This place is so bright and friendly and welcoming - as soon as you walk in the door! Abby (the manager) immediately came to the counter to help me. I am old-school, so helped me to find an email with the scan code and showed me how to scan, etc.and she was absolutely great! A+ and 5 stars for Abby and for UPS!

  I’ve lived here 6 years and each staff member has always been amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Still a great team as of 2026. Just updating to note the voicemail said open SUNDAYS 10 am to 3pm where as Google says closed and opens Monday.
