- CRCody RichardsJul 10, 20201.0The staff is usually helpful and kind. the young gentleman who failed to even attempt to assist me today was neither. I don’t think that he even wanted to assist me. From the instant he made eye contact with me I had the strong feeling that for reasons unknown to me I was being profiled. Just a silly fleeting thought I had hoped. But, with his discourteous tone, distasteful choice of dialogue, and his unnecessary and confrontational remark about my wife and I not sharing the same last name, I am now certain that he did not treat me with the same respect as the other customers today. If I am wrong, and this is how he treats his customers, he should be fired. I am owed an apology.
