Was here at 11:45 a.m. on a Saturday. The post office . They had already closed. No explanation, second time it has happened. No accountability.

I recently went into the post office & had a somewhat bad experience. This is my first ever review I’ve given any place, I usually never have bad experiences. I went in and there were two ladies working, a white lady and a black lady. I was in line waiting for my turn and saw both of the ladies being extremely nice to the two people before me.
It was my turn to go, my turn was with the white lady with short hair. I’m not sure what it was but from the jump start I could tell that she had an attitude when it came to it being my turn.
I tried to not pay too much attention to it cause I didn’t wanna match her energy or cause a scene but it was very, very obvious that when it came to me she had an attitude. I had a couple of questions that I asked her & she seemed annoyed at my questions, she was just very rude about it and made it seem like it was stupid questions.
When it comes to being a customer you can see when a worker has a nasty attitude towards you & when they don’t care to help you specifically out.
It was just very obvious that when it came to it being my turn she was just not feeling it. I than said thanks for them help, because like I said I wasn’t trying to match her nasty attitude.
I then was walking out & heard her being super nice and talkative to the next person in line, she greeted them and you could tell her attitude with them was way different than with me.
Now I don’t wanna make any assumptions but the person before me was white and the person after me was also white. I am not a white person so that left me feeling like it was maybe a race thing or something of that nature.
What i do know though is that she had a very nasty and rude attitude towards me and her attitude definitely came off as if I was there wasting her time and she didn’t wanna help me, but she was very helpful to the person before me and after me.
I’ve worked in customer service for years now and I know that regardless of anything you should always treat every customer the same, especially when I literally did nothing to deserve her nasty and rude attitude.
Once again it was not the black lady, it was the white lady with short hair that was acting in that way with me. It really makes you never wanna go back to a place like that even when it’s necessary.
Just very bad customer service from her end. She needs to learn to be nicer to everyone regardless of how she may feel, because it’s very obvious that she treats people differently based off of certain circumstances!
