- RRReemaSep 21, 20265.0Simone was very quick. We went in for a walk in passport. They offer all the services Including taking your picture and measuring your height. I recommend getting there an hour early if you dont have an appointment because they only take the first 4 people which is fair because that's all they can accommodate before closing.
- ASAbdul-Rahman SweilamAug 18, 20261.0Our mailman has a horrible temper and commonly blasts out music like the neighborhood is in a nightclub. He discriminated against our mailbox saying it is "not compliant," and lies about our mailbox being blocked every day. As a result, he does not deliver mail at all. The mailbox is blocked less than 10% of days. Our last two mailmen in the past 20 years have never complained, but he refuses to give us mail and packages altogether. The mailman illegally marks our packages as "refused," which results in me paying extra shipping costs and having to use FedEx and UPS. We filed reports, and the supervisor Jessica Mckinnon immediately marked the case as "resolved," stating that they will take a look at our mailbox. The mail is still not being delivered after the case was "resolved.” Terrible, the mailman and supervisor Jessica have a complete lack of class and respect. The mailman clearly doesn't want to do his job if he cannot put the vehicle in reverse once in a while, or even get out of the vehicle, due to a neighbor's car or our car parked outside the driveway on the OCCASION. Completely LAZY!!!
