When I finally just went to the store to hope for the best it took around 8 minutes before I was even greeted. The worker seemed frazzled and the other employee I tried to ask just to look up my order progress “couldn’t”. While I waited I saw why the phones weren’t answered, they just let them ring and ring. If there were other places to pickup prints nearby I would have gone elsewhere.
