  I came here to return 3 Amazon products and the guy working was rude as hell 😭 it made me feel like I had to be quick just for him to be less bothered. This was around 5:45 PM yesterday. I understand that it’s sometimes tedious to do a job, but the attitude was really uncalled for.

  Worst location. Employees are rude and they don't care. Website advertise passport photos but they say they can't stamp at the back as requiredfor certain photos

  I've been in twice lately and had such good service both times. My old printer died, and Lisa helped me with a new one. Did you know Staples recycles electronics? I got $15 off a new printer for recycling the old one!

  I was so impressed with how helpful the staff was! Also, save all of your batteries, lithium and regular, no matter how many, they will recycle them for you for a flat rate, 2.99!

  Horrible - I’d give them zero stars if I could. Not only do they screw you over with zero transparency but they’ll disrespect and dismiss you at the same time. Have something time sensitive? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Their machine was broken and they didn’t even tell me that my time sensitive print job for a presentation wouldn’t be completed. No sympathy, no apologies for the inconvenience, just cold dismissal of my concerns. They had no plan to ever inform me that my 24 hour print job was expected to now take almost a week. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I was completely flabbergasted. All they had to do was inform me about the printer being down within the 24 hours that I placed the order so I could have it printed somewhere else or transferred the order to a nearby store for me to pick up. I was completely stunned by how horribly I was treated that I just left. There was no request to speak to a manager I was just too stunned by the lack of professionalism. Just shrugging me off and saying “nothing we can do” and “all I can do is cancel the order” without a single apology when it’s your fault is maddening. No offer to make things right - nothing. Never go there ever! Horrific place. I called tried to get help and was then just told “good luck.” They take no accountability at all. This is just an embarrassment of a store with no redeeming quality. They fault at every fundamental level as they are unable to communicate, fulfill their actual services, and even price a shred of customer service. TLDR: some of the worse customer service you’ll find and they can’t even be trusted to do a simple print job or do something as simple as inform a customer that a time sensitive print job will not be completed in the promised window of time. What a pathetic excuse of a store that can’t do a single thing right. Just the sheer experience of dealing with their staff member told me everything about how much of a failure this store is.
