  This my first time in this location,would never go again. The customer service is a (0%), I ask for help from the Assistant manger but she didn't want to help me(LISA CONLIN). Asked 2 young men for help and got the same treatment. But there where two nice wonderful ladies who did choose to help me. i would only give them two 5 stars 🌟.

  Spent a few mins selecting my prints with the rep and wasn’t told till the end that the 20 prints I needed wouldn’t be available for 24hrs. No one else was there and he said he couldn’t handle that…. I’ve gone to the staples in garner for last minute items before and never had an issue— takes 5 mins to print something not 24hrs. Won’t be coming back to this location.

  Unfortunately, our experience was not good. We found the staff to be quite rude and unhelpful, and the prints were also not delivered on committed time. .

  I recently visited Staples and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found everything I needed without feeling rushed. The store was clean, well-organized, and offered competitive prices on the items I purchased. It's always nice to shop somewhere that values good customer service. The only thing I wish Staples offered is a military discount as a way to recognize and thank our service members and veterans for their sacrifices. Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience, and I'll definitely be returning for my office and business supply needs. Thank you to the Staples team for providing such outstanding customer service!

  As a school principal, I purchase school supplies on a regular basis, so I was hoping Staples would be a dependable place to shop. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor. When I asked for help, I felt like I was being yelled at instead of assisted. That's not how customers should be treated, especially when they're looking to make a purchase. The prices were the biggest issue. I found pens selling for around $15, yet I can buy the exact same brand and the same number of pens for about $1.25 at Dollar Tree. The Kleenex pricing was even more shocking. A four-pack costs $12.99 at Publix, while Staples was charging **$21.99 for only a three-pack**. That kind of markup is difficult to justify, and it seemed like nearly everything in the store was significantly more expensive than it should have been. I understand paying a little more for convenience, but not at these prices. Between the poor customer service and the excessive pricing, I can't recommend shopping here. As someone who regularly buys supplies for a school, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
