  I came in to return one Amazon package and the associate watched me walk in, pass his station and go to the Amazon return line. Another lady walked up with a cart full to check out and he directed her to his register. When I asked if he would call someone so that I could return my package, he responded that he would be there in a few minutes. I said to him that you saw me walk up and he rudely replied with yes, but I’m doing both. The lady offered to let me go first because CLEARLY I was there first and he clearly refused to move. He serviced her first anyway. If I could give zero stars I would. Just a pure nasty attitude for no reason. Customer service associates… do better, and if you don’t like your job then quit.

  I would like to recognize Chelsey,the Print Supervisor at Staples. I visit the store frequently, and Chelsey consistently provides exceptional customer service. She is always patient, professional, and willing to help, even when she is assisting several customers at the same time. No matter how busy she is, she takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure customers understand what to do. As someone who does not always feel confident with printing, scanning, and sending documents, I especially appreciate her patience. Even when I need something explained more than once, Chelsey is always kind and respectful. She never makes customers feel rushed or embarrassed for asking questions. What stands out most is her positive attitude and willingness to help everyone who comes to the print department. She is knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a good experience. Employees like Chelsey make a real difference. Staples is fortunate to have someone with her dedication, professionalism, and customer service skills.

  Have come here several times to make an Amazon return and have been treated like garbage every single time. Employees act like they hate their jobs and hate you for making them do it. I apologized and said I had a lot of returns today and the employee rolled his eyes at me, said "I see that", and huffed and puffed his way through every item. Like dude, I don't want to be there any more than you do. I never have any other reasons to enter a Staples other than an Amazon return, and sometimes I like to shop around afterwards, but the employees don't have to worry about that anymore.... I'll spend my time at Whole Foods instead.

  First time coming here. I was printing out a project on the self printer and all I needed was to figure out how to make the project print double sided. I went up to the counter to one lady and asked for help and she told me another employee would be able to help me. Said employee was very visibly flustered and irritated before she even got to me. She came over to me about 5 mins later (no problem as I was patient) and her approach wasn’t welcoming at all. She remained flustered and treated me as if I was a burden to her. She did indeed fix the problem but a little better customer service would’ve gone a long way.
