We’ve encountered her numerous times where she insults customers who are what she calls “foreign,” treats them with total disrespect and mocks their accents (despite hers being very difficult to understand) and generally contributes to a very racist and unsafe environment. She’ll also sometimes place her feet on the counter while talking to customers (which is unprofessional and reflects poorly on FedEx). Yesterday she went on a rant about Chinese people not knowing how to pronounce the number three, and is overall just someone who shouldn’t be engaging with the general public since she hates anyone who doesn’t look like her so much! We’ve been customers here for 15+ years who use this location for our business transactions and unfortunately will need to stop going because we don’t want to have the misfortune of encountering such disrespect each time we see her.
