  I made an international shipment that Lori helped me with. It was a pleasure dealing with her - she was very helpful and professional and responsive to all my questions. Highly recommend them for your shipping needs, domestic or international.

  This location is not easy to find, but the staff Kayla is super nice, she helped me to find a discount, saved over 30 dollars for me. She used her phone to copy the system information and asked the customer to verify, which was much easier to me. She was very patient, answered all my questions. 5 star service, thanks, Kayla:)

  I needed to send documents overseas. I chose DHL as their reputation is so good. The person that was at the Cary store at 5:20pm on 9/3/2026 offered the most awesome service (sadly I didn’t get her name). She answered my questions, made sure we had all the details correct and made the experience seamless. I will definitely use this store for shipping again!

  We are a business partner with DHL and ship documents internationally frequently. Drivers would show up as they pleased to make pick-ups so I was happy to find out that this new location opened close to my office so I can drop off envelopes instead of going all the way to the express hub near RDU. This is the second scenario the envelopes were not picked up by the end of day. I asked Lori yesterday - had to drop off two envelopes for Portugal and Poland - and she told me they would get picked up by the end of day. They were not picked up. I spoke to the manager now, I believe his name is Nem, who told me Lori didn't know the pick up was done earlier and thought that they were coming again at the end of day. I have never heard Lori, their employee say that they came earlier. I specifically asked her yesterday. She said the pick up is at the end of day around 5-6pm. So I don't know who is lying here. The manager was explaining all this but failed to apologize for this problem. You are a DHL representative/ employee and you are in charge, so you are responsible. Clients pay hundreds of dollars to ship time sensitive documents abroad. This shipping delay affects people. You need to realize that and take accountability. We will stop doing business with DHL. p.s. I went to their office now to pick up the envelopes that were supposed to be shipped out yesterday but not picked up at their DHL Cary location, and they couldn't find one of the envelopes. Good thing I had taken pictures, so the employee could find it. They had entered in their system only one envelope for Portugal, not the second one for Poland. I picked up both now as they cancelled the labels. I am printing two new labels and driving to the DHL Express Hub in Morrisville to drop them off.
