  I love that they have self service but omg!! It's unacceptable to have no internet regularly in the 21st century. Sometimes this location has multiple day outages where they can't even take card payments. I pay taxes for this? Edit: was back today and witnessed some pretty bizarre anti-social behavior from the employees. One employee was diligently working the front counter while a line of people, including me, was waiting to ship packages, and she asked two other employees who were gossiping at the front and completely ignoring the line whether one of them could help the next customer. All of them just completely ignored her, even though she asked multiple times and people clearly needed help. It was like watching middle schoolers ignore the "uncool" kid. Then when I finally was helped by somebody who wasn't the diligent older lady working the counter, she took my package and threw it extremely roughly in the bin for outbound mail, and also was scratching her arm like she had some kind of a itch or something with her pen while I was right in front of her. So rude! Honestly, these people just seemed socially maladjusted, except for the one older lady who works the front counter. I hope the others all get fired tbh--they treat her as rudely as the customers and have no respect. I'm so so tired of seeing people with bad attitudes every time I leave the house!

  I had a very good experience at this location today, I had reserved a passport appointment for two of my daughters few days in advance and today before I head there I got a call that they had an issue with their camera but they guide me for a solution thank you (Rani) for your help and support throughout the process.

  I run a mail-order business and ship weekly, so this post office is part of my regular routine. The self-service deposit barrel has been broken for seven years and is now officially taped shut. A newer issue with the interior gate means the 24-hour self-service area is no longer accessible outside of business hours. It's hard to fault the staff when chronic underfunding is the obvious culprit.
