  The owner and staff are always so friendly at this UPS store. I feel bad I am only doing returns but it is nice to know that this store provides notary services, too.

  Very friendly and professional. Danny went out of his way to help me. His associate was just as helpful and friendly. Right now, my Amazon return is on its way back. How quick is that? I totally recommend this UPS store in calabash. It’s very user friendly. You’ll love it! Mrs D Lindsey

  Worst UPS I've been to, dont go here at all costs. The older lady with glasses is so rude. Ive seen others have issues with her before and wrote it of as her senility, but today was too much to ignore. She also discriminates based on who she likes. I had Amazon returns today with 1 bigger box. I wait in line 35 minutes while she is sweet to 2 older genetlemen before me, offering to tape 1 of their boxes because he forgot to tape it up. Thought thay was sweet of her. I step up at my turn and she scans the code for my item and tells me I have to put it on the counter. I tell her I cannot, the box is 20 in by 30 inch and 65 pounds, I had to wheel it in on a dolly. She tells me she can't take it unless I put it on the counter. A nice gentleman got out of line to help because she was refusing. Once on the counter she tells me there is a 2cm section that didn't have tape on the bottom. I told her I received it that way and she again refuses to take it unless its taped, which is such discrimination that because Im younger, you refuse but if I was older you would have offered the tape as you did the man before me. Ugh. I said fine, I pull a roll of tape off the rack and say add it to my tab and pull off a piece. As I go to put the tape on she grabs the box. I say "hey, I need to put the tape on, I've already opened it and taken a piece off". She snarls at me saying im taking too long and she has customers lining up. "What am I, chop liver?", I thought. I stayed polite and taped the box and she slid it to the floor. Paid for the sub par tape. I will never go back. What a nightmare.
