They took an older gentleman with no appt and took care of him made me wait and I had all my stuff ready super easy. This guy snubbed us and said oh we are super busy and just can’t help you. I looked around and no one was there. Blew my mind how someone could be so stupid to even say they can’t help someone because they are busy with no one. The world is definitely hitting an all time low with employees especially at this place. Guy should be fired and sent home to sit on his couch where he belongs because he is lazy. Thanks for the support awesome job.

It might take two business days or three days including the weekend. We paid $33 so the items would reach the person immediately. They got it in 2 days. I respect the honesty of the staff and didn’t mind paying the fee.

I recently learned that her current route is about to be changed and as a neighborhood we are devastated. She’s become a ray of light to us and she adores all of our dogs. I have compiled multiple videos of her greeting my giant Great Pyrenees like he is her own. He can spot her truck from 4 blocks away and sits to wait patiently for her to arrive. I can’t imagine not seeing her smiling face everyday. If there’s anyway that this message is seen from the higher ups at USPS, please let us keep Toni. She’s our family.
