- JJJaydenMay 23, 20261.0Extremely unhelpful on Saturdays multiple times i would have a package get delivered on Friday but I wouldn't have the time to go and pick it up that day so I would go Saturday and every time they would go in the back look for 5 seconds and come back and say they dont have it.

He would not let me ask any questions about my mail I sent to my personal PO Box. I am active duty, quarantined in Norway, and shipped my personal belongings to my own PO Box I purchased. He was extremely disrespectful and told me i needed to "prove my identity" in order to verify that I had actually sent mail. He was speaking to me as if I am undeserving of decent respect. Its incredible how little customer service those contractors have. I'm never purchasing a PO Box there again.
