Don't send anything overnight and when it doesn't arrive, and you are due a refund, because I have been in every single day since the 5th to get my refund! I was told they would cash the money order today, I went in today and the counter woman was complaining about the 38.80 taking all her change- THEN WHY DO Y'ALL TELL PEOPLE TO COME IN TO GET THE MONEY ORDER CASHED??? WHO AS A BUSINESS ONLY HOLDS 38.80 IN CHANGE?!?!? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I sure do miss our retired post office people. Sandy and Martha were amazing and those were some big shoes to fill. The "post master" (as he was sure to let me know repeatedly) there now is arrogant and rude. I went in to mail a package and he didn't even give me a chance to check the address, he hit the button from his side and when I questioned it, he said that he checked it and he knows it's right. That's all great and everything, but that's the customers right to double check. If he was one digit off and the package got lost that's now on me and I'll lose money AND the item that was mailed, and also get my shop docked for it. It's a big deal. I called all this in on Friday and I was going to call them back (today, Monday) when I had time but this guy got my phone number and called me while I'm at work and continued to let me know he wasn't rude while I was talking. When you talk, I listen but the problem is when it's my turn to talk, he won't stop talking. He continued to remind me how he's the post master and didn't work the counter in some bigger city. Ok then you need to be trained on how to have a conversation and LISTEN to the customer on WHY they need to check the address. All of this could have been avoided. You're going to have more complaints if you don't take a step back and readjust how you talk to people and how you treat people.
